At WudilNet, we give you full control over your personal data. In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), this page explains how you can request the permanent deletion of your account, login credentials, and associated records.
2. Important Notice Before Deleting
Please Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your login access, referral benefits, and transaction history will be terminated.
If you have an active wallet balance, we strongly recommend utilizing or withdrawing your remaining balance before submitting your deletion request.
3. What Data Is Deleted vs Retained
Upon processing your deletion request, the following data is permanently purged:
- Personal Profile Data: Full name, email address, phone number, and encrypted passwords.
- Security & Device Tokens: Push notification tokens, device biometric identifiers, and active session tokens.
- Beneficiary Records: Saved recharge phone numbers and meter numbers.
Statutory Retention Requirements: In accordance with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and financial anti-fraud compliance regulations, completed transactional audit records (e.g. monetary receipts and ledger timestamps) are anonymized and retained solely for mandatory statutory audit purposes.
4. How to Request Account Deletion
You can request account deletion using either of the following methods:

Method 2: Email Request
Send an email from your registered email address to support@wudilnet.com or info@wudilnet.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" including your Full Name and Registered Phone Number.

5. Processing Timeline
Account deletion requests are reviewed and fulfilled within 2 business days (48 hours). You will receive a final confirmation email once your account and personal data have been completely removed from WudilNet.
